Sliver Cutter
● The sliver cutter consists of a wire cutting mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a rod feeding mechanism and a shelf mechanism; the sliver cutter motor is driven by the gear, and the shelf motor is driven from the top of the shelf machine.
● Suitable for large and medium-sized stick noodle production lines above 765 type
● Independent sliver cutter, different from roller set and sliver cutting machine, can easily allow the automatic return of the rods
● The sliver cutter is modified from the original transmission mechanism of many chains into the gearbox transmission. The transmission is stable and there are no maintenance points.
● The cutting mechanism adopts a differential (patent applied) to automatically adjust the alignment of the noodles.
● The automatic rod feeding mechanism (patent applied) automatically select the problem rods such as the curved rods, hence greatly improves the running stability of the sliver cutter.
● The alignment of the noodles and the length of the noodles can be adjusted automatically
● Noodles hanging on a shelf is stable (up to 22 rods/min), the noodles are neatly and precisely aligned.
